Birth support referral services
Doula Care, which has been serving families in our community for over a decade provides referrals to birth and postpartum doulas. Doula Care also offers Doulas in the Fraser Valley mutual support and outreach.
The members of the referral list of Doula Care Services have completed an approved training course, attend ongoing educational opportunities, have met the requirements of the referral service and have also read and agreed to the Doula Care Standards of Practice & Code of Ethics. Many are childbirth educators; most have given birth; many work in health-related fields, but all have a sincere interest and commitment to work with women and childbearing families.
